Victory

 

Have you faced a lot of adversities? How did you handle them?

Life is not perfect. We always encounter problems on a daily basis. We think about how we can survive our daily lives - food, clothing, educational expenses, housing, etc.. Aside from that, there are a lot of temptations along the that leads us to commit sin. Humans are not perfect. We are bound to commit mistakes. 

How can we counter of all these temptations in life? Do we have a chance to change? How can we experience victory over sin?

The answer is JESUS!

In 1 Corinthians 15:57, Paul says:

"He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ."

We can experience the life with lots of love, peace and harmony with Jesus Christ. We just need to be dead from sin. Forget our past mistakes. Move forward to become a new version of ourselves - a believer of Christ. We should be Christians in word, thought and deeds. 

In Ephesians 2:8-9, Paul says:

"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast."

This verse tells us that salvation is free and it is given to us by His grace. We don't need to pay for it. We don't need to exchange it for good works. We do not boast about it. We are God's children. He will accept us whoever we are. We only need to acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. 

We already achieved VICTORY!
